This medium-high mountain offers beech woods and pastures, especially at the end of the climb, where the panoramic views are outstanding. The air is cool even in the summer months, and often very cold during the rest of the year.

From the summit, the views sweep from Montseny and Montserrat Massifs up to the Canigó, and from the Cadí Mountains right over to the Mediterranean Sea.
